River Cross Apartments is located near Purdue University just across the Wabash River in Downtown Lafayette, Indiana.  River Cross is a newly renovated 2 story apartment building offering clean, peaceful 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units each with one large bathroom.  All units were recently remodeled with new appliances, carpet/flooring and a breakfast bar with bar stools.  Each unit is all electric and includes forced air furnaces and central air, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove and garbage disposal.  All units are pet friendly.

River Cross Apartments is located in Lafayette just across the Harrison Street Bridge from West Lafayette and is an excellent location for Purdue University students, Ivy Tech students, and young professionals.  It is also offers housing to international Purdue students and graduate students alike who are looking for a low cost apartment near class. 

The apartments are accessed from the interior hallway which is secured with controlled entry doors.  For our resident’s convenience, there is a coin operated laundry facility on each floor.  The apartment building includes off street parking on its large paved parking lot next to the building. 

River Cross Apartments is a scenic bike ride across the Wabash River to Purdue campus.  It is located across the Harrison Street Bridge on the north side of Downtown Lafayette.  Purdue students are eligible for a "C" parking pass.  River Cross is conveniently located on the Greater Lafayette Citybus Bronze Loop for those who do not want to bike to class.
